$270 in the first month working on Fiverr

Have you ever considered working as a freelancer online? Have you heared people earning good money, but when you tried you never earned a cent?

This is exacly what happened to me and my lack of succees was my fault, I complicated things!

Here is the simple way... :D

Basically, what is the first step in have to do to earn money as a freelancer?

First go to www.fiverr.com and make an accout there. It is free!

This is what I did. I was surprised by the variety of services(or gigs) offered there. Some offered programming services while others offered to photoshop your pictures and much more.

Everybody was free to offer any ideea or service for potential customers .

What services could I offer? What if I don’t have any skill?

If that is the case be creative and open minded! It is impossible to not have any skill.

This was also my case when I first joined. I spent hours trying to figure what to offer.

I have decided to to stop motion videos. The internet is full of them and they looked simple to do.

This is what I did:

1. I wrote a message in paint and saved it as a picture
2. I wrote another message and saved it as a picture. I did this until I got several pictures to create a video with.
3. I downloaded ”windows movie maker” I turned all those pictures into a video
4. I downloaded a nice royalty free song
5. Posted the nice video as a demo for eventual customers to see I mean business
6. And done!

The whole video was about 20s long.

And then the waiting...1 day passed, nothing. 2nd day passed, nothing. 3rd day passed, nothing. 4th day came and ... I got this e-mail ”Fiverr: Congrats! You have a new order”.

Well...I was so happy jumped and runned in my house like crazy! :D

After a month I have earned $270.

Here are some ideas of good selling services, for those who are undecided or think they have no skills:

1. Video Testimonials

You need a camera, webcam, phone camera that films in full HD. Think of a product you like and record a video praising that certain product. Post the video as a demo for eventual customers. Look online for professional recorded video and get your inspiration from there.

2. Write articles for blogs

Do you know english or any foreign language? Can you combine multiple articles into a new one? The For $5 you can write a 500 words article.

You know SEO? offer that in the price.

3. Translation and transcribtion.

This is a skill everybody has. You can offer to translate form and to any language you know. If you know only one language you can do transcribtions.

It is something very easy and simple to do.

4. Photoshop editing/ Graphic design

If you know photoshop you can offer to:

• Design logos
• Design covers
• Design ads
• Restore old pictures
• Remove certain things from pictures(like moles)

5. You can always try what I have done with stom motion pictures

What is the pay?

Yes, a very important subject.

Here on Fiverr, all orders start from $5, but you can make them as expensive as you want or offer additional services for a price.

As a starter, you should stick with $5, that until you have enough positive reviews and people start trusting you!
